Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities: 6–12 business days
- Areas outside main cities: delivery may take a little longer
Please note that these are estimates and do not include the 1–2 business day processing period. Total delivery time is the sum of processing time plus shipping time.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience should any delay occur.
